How to video:

We adjust the legs of the press, so that when we pour the liquid wax on the mold, it flows towards the back of the plate.

 

 

We start the air fans.

 

 

We spray some water-liquid soap mixture on both the plates of the mold.

 

 

We pour the liquid wax, but not always on the same spot of the mold because it can get overheated.

 

 

The wax must be heated in a thermostat controlled heater, adjusted to 75-80o C (167-176o F).

 

 

We close the mold, clean the surplus wax, and wait a little for the mold to open a little by itself.

 

 

We blow compressed air through the gap and we open the mold.

 

 

 

We again blow air over and under the wax sheet until it pops up.

 

 

We repeat the procedure.
